It’s been a little while since I’ve updated this site, but I’m planning on making this a regular thing shortly.  Now that I’ve got two sites running, I have to get myself organised for both.

Diet-wise I’ve been on and off, but the exercise is still going, so much so my plan at the moment is to do the below:

  • Weights 3 times a week
  • Yoga 3 times a week
  • Running 2-3 times a week
  • Spinning 2-3 times a week using Itrain
  • Hockey training twice a week
  • Hockey game twice a week

I’ll go through some exercise further down the track and let you know Monday, how the kilo a week went as well as give some tips on reducing the calories!
