Week One, met the challenge with a 2.5kg weight loss and a drop in body fat also.
The calorie intake is near 1200 calories each day with 3 weight routines a week plus 2 lots of hockey training and minimum 3 half hour cardio sessions. This will increase but for now, it’s better to start at a managable level before increasing the sessions.
