With everything going on last week, I was unable to meet the one kilo challenge, although I wasn’t far off!

Week Two and the loss this week was 0.8 kg.  A couple of things to be mindful of is you always don’t lose much the next week after a start of eating well.  Secondly, I had a few dinners out due to finishing of a job.  This meant I couldn’t eat exactly how I wanted to.

This week, I start a new job and a different routine.  Today started off with a bang with my normal weights routine in the morning and the challenge today will be getting to the gym in the 39 degrees celsius heat.

I can’t complain too much with not meeting a one kilo loss, as a loss is a loss, but as far as the challenge goes, I didn’t meet it.

There’s always this week though…
