The focus on losing weight has been a little inconsistent lately, but I may have found a balance now to getting it right. It’s certainly what it’s all about. If you haven’t got yourself sorted or plan out what you are going to do, you won’t succeed. Things come up and the way to beat this, is to workaround your schedule - fit things in where you can and if it means changing it up, do so!

This is certainly what I’ve had to do! Hockey threw me out, then starting a new job and having meetings come out of the blue. This meant doing workouts in the morning and at lunchtime and on alternate days to routines which I had no idea what I was doing (at hockey). With this resolved, I have a basic plan of what I want to get done and at the start of the week I sit down and organise it in a diary. If things move, all you need to do is change it in your diary to fit in! Once you’ve completed your exercise, tick it off! You’ve now accomplished part of your goal for the week! If you don’t do it, put a cross next to it - but it’s not the end of the world, reschedule it or work out whether you really need to do it! You may have already done enough for the day or week! You know your own level!

As for the weekly loss, it’s 1.8 kgs this week!
